Elegant and spacious, the apartment is located on the ground floor with access from the entrance hall of the building. It includes a double bedroom with a private bathroom that has preserved its original 'seminato' flooring, a large living-dining room overlooking a small mezzanine accessible by an elegant metal and wood staircase.

The apartment is completed by a kitchenette and a second bathroom. A French door leads to a charming open terrace, paved with reclaimed 'chianche' (local stone slabs), overlooking the communal garden. All rooms have vaulted ceilings.
