The apartments

The residence comprises eight bright, spacious and fully-equipped apartments, endowed with every comfort. Each apartment features vaulted ceilings: during the renovation process some liberty landscape or geometric frescos have emerged. Whenever possible, the original 1900’s flooring, made either with the typical cementine salentine - artistic artisan tiles - or according to the seminato-method, was preserved.
The entire Palazzo, as well as other buildings in the Salento area of the same period of time, were made using square blocks made of pietra leccese. Many of the original doors and windows have been restored: some of them are now used as elements of decor.
All the apartments feature: an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge, a living room with a smart TV, a wi-fi connection and air conditioning. A small parking lot is available for guests to safely park max 4 cars, motor vehicles and/or bicycles.
